Primavera

Spring 2019

This collection is special to me in many ways—it’s the first time I’ve devoted time to so many couture pieces in a collection and incorporated techniques I haven’t used before, it’s an extension of my deep affection for Italy and the ancient world, and it’s the first season I’ve completed in my new studio. Inspired by amphorae, ancient vessels used to store food & wine, as well as the foods of the Mediterranean themselves, the Primavera Collection is sculptural and vivacious.
